Vitosha Inc. is looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect with deep expertise in Business Central (ERP) and Customer Engagement (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service).
You'll partner with the sales and delivery teams to design, present, and architect best-in-class Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to client business needs helping win new business and shape digital transformation journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-sales discovery sessions with clients to understand business processes, challenges, and solution requirements.
- Design Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) solution architectures.
- Create and deliver product demonstrations, proofs of concept (POCs), and solution proposals aligned to client needs.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires with clear, compelling solution narratives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop scoping estimates, implementation roadmaps, and pricing models.
- Translate business needs into solution blueprints, identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure pre-sales commitments align with implementation realities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft cloud ecosystem, licensing, and partner incentives.
- Participate in client presentations, webinars, and events to evangelize Dynamics 365 capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM solutions.
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central, Finance & Operations, and Customer Engagement (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service).
- Proven experience in pre-sales, solution design, or solution architecture roles.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Service.
- Hands-on experience in designing integrations using Dataverse, Dual Write, Power Automate, and Azure services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills.
Microsoft certifications such as:
MB-800 (Business Central Functional Consultant)
MB-210 (Sales) / MB-230 (Customer Service)
MB-300 (Core Finance and Operations)
PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals)
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working with a Microsoft Partner or Consulting organization.
Familiarity with AI Builder, Power Pages, and Business Central Extensions (AL).
Experience working with US Public Sector, Manufacturing, or Professional Services industries.
Strong business acumen and ability to engage with C-level stakeholders.
