The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the Finance and Operations (F&O) module of Dynamics 365, translating complex business requirements into effective D365 solutions and guiding clients through business process transformation.Objectives & ResponsibilitiesImplementation Leadership:Lead the Finance track on D365 F&O implementation projects, from discovery and requirements gathering through design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.Solution Design:Design and configure core financial modules, includingGeneral Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Cost Accounting.Business Process Analysis:Conduct detailed business process analysis and workshops to identify client needs, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement using D365 best practices.Client Management:Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing expectations, providing thought leadership, and communicating technical and functional concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.Documentation:Create comprehensive functional design documents (FDDs), test scripts, training materials, and end-user documentation.Data Migration:Oversee and participate in financial data migration strategy, planning, and execution.Integration:Work closely with technical teams to define specifications for customizations, integrations (e.g., to external banking systems, payroll), and reporting requirements using tools like Power BI.Training & Support:Develop and deliver end-user training and provide post-go-live support and mentorship.Skills & ExperienceExperience:Minimum of5-7 yearsof experience working with Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems (D365 F&O, AX 2012).Proven experience leadingmultiple full-cycle implementationsof Dynamics 365 Finance (or Dynamics AX).Functional Expertise:Deep understanding of corefinancial accounting principles(GAAP/IFRS).Expertise in configuring and utilizing D365 financial modules:General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, and Budgeting.Technical Acumen:Familiarity with theMicrosoft Power Platform(Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and its integration with D365 F&O.Ability to read and understand technical specifications for integrations and customizations.Communication & Consulting:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and workshop facilitation.Demonstrated ability to be aself-starterand manage time effectively on multiple projects.Education:A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Preferred Certifications (A Strong Plus)Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (MB-310).Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert (MB-700).What We OfferWork with cutting-edge Microsoft technology in retail, hospitality, and niche food sectorsBe part of a friendly, mission-driven culture focused on innovation and customer successOpportunities for growth in a global, supportive environmentHow to ApplyPlease send your resume along with a brief overview of your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance experience to , subject line: " Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant– (Your Name) ".
