Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client workshops to gather and analyse business requirements across
    Customer Service, Field Service, and Contact Centre
    domains.
  • Translate business needs into
    solution blueprints
    covering configuration, integrations, and business process automation.
  • Configure and customise
    Dynamics 365 CE modules
    , particularly
    Customer Service
    ,
    Field Service
    , and
    Sales
    .
  • Design
    omnichannel experiences
    by integrating
    CCaaS platforms
    with Dynamics 365, including CTI, case routing, and conversation insights.
  • Collaborate with
    technical architects and developers
    to ensure solution integrity, alignment, and high-quality delivery.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants
    or offshore teams during build, testing, and UAT phases.
  • Contribute to
    pre-sales efforts
    through demos, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and proposal inputs.
  • Manage
    stakeholder expectations
    , providing clear communication on delivery status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including
    solution designs, configuration guides, test scripts, and user training materials
    .

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM consulting
    .
  • Proven hands-on implementation experience with the
    Field Service module
    — including work orders, scheduling, resource management, inventory, and mobile app configuration.
  • Exposure to
    CCaaS platforms
    such as Five9, Genesys, Amazon Connect, Twilio, or Dynamics Omnichannel.
  • Strong knowledge of the
    Microsoft Power Platform
    — Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Practical experience with
    configuration, customisation, and integration
    using JavaScript, plugins, Power Fx, or Azure connectors.
  • Experience managing
    small to medium-sized teams (2–6 members)
    in client delivery or support environments.
  • Excellent
    client communication
    ,

    presentation skills
    .
  • Microsoft Certifications
    in Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant, Field Service, or Power Platform (preferred).

Good to Have

  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with CCaaS, Telephony, or Bot frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, ALM, and CI/CD practices.
  • Familiarity with SLA, case management, omnichannel routing, and AI-driven service insights.
  • Understanding of industry-specific CE implementations, especially in Healthcare or Public Sector.
