Job Description / Responsibilities:
Manage complete front office operations
Handle guest check-in/check-out, billing, and occupancy reports
Resolve guest complaints and manage VIP guest interactions
Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Sales & Reservations
Train, supervise, and evaluate front office staff
Prepare departmental reports and ensure SOP compliance
Skills Required:
PMS knowledge (Opera/IDS/Cloud PMS)
Communication & leadership skills
Customer service excellence
Team handling
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
