Roles & Responsibilities
a) Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for multiple group entities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Submit monthly reports on financial accounting and compliance to management.
b) Audit & Compliance
- Support statutory and internal audits with required documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.
- Liaise with auditors and resolve audit queries.
c) Taxation & Regulatory Filings
- Assist in preparing and filing GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
- Maintain and reconcile tax accounts, ensuring timely payments.
- Stay updated on the latest changes in tax laws and their impact.
d) Banking & Treasury
- Manage day-to-day banking operations, including fund transfers and reconciliations.
e) Process & System Improvements
- Support ERP implementation and maintenance.
- Identify and recommend improvements for stronger financial controls.
f) Intercompany Transactions
- Handle reconciliation and accounting of intercompany transactions.
- Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations.
Qualification & Skills
M.Com (Accounts) or equivalent qualification.
Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/accounting software.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
