Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Employee based in Chennai. The Sales Employee will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying potential sales opportunities, presenting and promoting products or services, negotiating contracts and closing deals, and meeting sales targets. This role also involves market research and staying updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong analytical and market research skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience in sales, marketing, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the financial sector is a plus
