Role Description

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee full lifecycle recruiting, from sourcing talent to hiring and onboarding. Responsibilities include managing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while promoting the company's employer branding initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad, requiring collaboration with multiple teams to identify and secure top talent aligned with our organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
  • Strong skills in Interviewing and Recruiting strategies
  • Experience with creating and implementing Employer Branding initiatives
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
