Job Title: Night Shift Sales Representative

Location- Jaipur.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Night Shift Sales

Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

identifying and acquiring new clients through various channels, managing client

relationships, and achieving sales targets during the night shift. If you thrive in a

fastpaced environment, are passionate about sales, and have a proven track record

of success, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct proactive prospecting to identify and engage potential clients during

    the night shift.
  2. Utilize multiple channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social

    media, to generate new leads and opportunities.
  3. Build and nurture strong client relationships through effective

    communication and regular follow-ups.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales

    strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our

    products/services and address client needs.

  6. Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and ensure

    consistent messaging across all channels.

  7. Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to management.

  8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market

    conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills: 1. Proven experience in a sales or business development role, with a focus on

acquiring new clients.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport

and trust with clients.

3. Proficient in using various sales tools and CRM software.

4. Ability to work independently and efficiently during the night shift.

5. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales

targets.

6. Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented

environment.

7. Familiarity with the latest sales techniques and industry best practices.

8. MBA In marketing would be Preferred.

Experience:

Freshers or experienced in sales or business development.

Working Conditions: Night shift position with flexible work hours.

Local Candidates from Jaipur are preferable.
