
Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to promote our I.T. Training & Services and Engineering Products. The candidate will be responsible for building brand visibility, generating leads, managing campaigns, and fostering strong customer relationships across both domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for I.T. training programs, software services, and engineering products.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email, ads).
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling.
- Organize seminars, webinars, product demos, and promotional events.
- Create engaging marketing content, brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Coordinate with sales teams to generate leads and support conversions.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, institutions, and distributors.
- Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven campaigns.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM, and lead generation techniques.
- Ability to market both intangible services (training/IT) and tangible products (engineering items).
- Creative thinking with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good understanding of B2B and B2C marketing dynamics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
