Position Description Position: Dispatcher Executive (Male candidates only)

Position Background: Inspiroz is searching for a Dispatcher Executive to join our team. The Dispatch Executive will be responsible is to monitor the ticketing portal and assign the new tickets to appropriate resources.

Job Description:

· Log all Incident/ Service request details, allocating categorization and prioritization codes
· Ensure that the Ticket Assignment SLA targets are achieved daily
· Make decisions quickly, often with limited information
· Review and analyze the service boards and follow-up with support team
· Process handoffs between teams and team members
· Escalate major Incidents to appropriate team members
· Take ownership of tasks and follows through to ensure complete resolution
· Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Requirements:

· The successful candidate should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications
· Minimum 0-1 year of customer service experience as a Dispatcher
· Possess great attention to details.
· Knowledge on IT based solutions will be an added advantage
· Work schedule as 5 days 10 hours shifts a week, mix of days and nights, Rotational week-off.
