**Logistics Management**

**Basic Tasks**

1) Smooth vehicle movement (MCSS vehicles & external vendors)

a. Timely daily plans in coordination with projects (rental & sale) & site operations departments

b. Daily readiness coordination of dispatch items with user departments

c. Labour management from team / site as per requirement

d. Coordination of lifting/handling support at site as required

e. Smooth plan execution and/or alternate plan coordination with all users

2) Maintain updated reports - porter, truck, transporter records (usage, fuel, attendance)

3) Transport vendor management

a. WR/WO processes via CRM & excel detail record keeping

b. Vendor bill booking on system & with accounts

c. Maintaining location wise rate sheet

d. Management of vendor credit & follow-up with accounts

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
