**Role Overview**

We are looking for a **Customer Service Executive** with experience in **CHA / Freight Forwarding operations** to manage customer interactions, track shipments, and ensure smooth coordination for both imports and exports.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding **shipment status, delivery updates, and documentation requirements**.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to address and resolve customer needs.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Generate and distribute daily shipment status reports (pick-up, transit, delivery timelines).
- Monitor shipments in real-time using tracking systems/GPS and proactively communicate delays.
- Track export shipments in transit and resolve issues to minimize disruptions.
- Conduct review meetings with customers to discuss performance, trends, and improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in **CHA / Freight Forwarding industry (Export & Import operations)** is mandatory.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and shipment tracking tools.
- Ability to manage escalations and resolve issues effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.
