**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Material Handling**: Oversee receiving and shipping of materials efficiently and accurately.

2. **Record Management**: Maintain and update records for stock levels, inward & outward documents, and ensure data accuracy.

3. **Documentation**: Generate invoices, Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and Credit/Debit Notes as required.

4. **Inventory Management**: Manage and optimize inventory levels, ensuring proper stock control and rotation.

5. **Coordination**: Coordinate with the marketing team and courier personnel to ensure timely deliveries and dispatches.

6. **Compliance**: Generate E-way bills in compliance with statutory requirements.

7. **Reporting**: Prepare and maintain MIS reports for inventory and warehouse operations.

8. **Team Supervision**: Lead and manage warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed on time and standards are maintained.

9. **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in warehouse operations and implement best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-10 years of experience in inventory and warehouse management.
- Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision 2016 will be added advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
