1. Preparation of Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing, Income Tax Returns and other statutory forms based on detailed analysis of applicability of clauses, sections etc. and information through effective co-ordination with various functions 2. Prepare data and coordinate with HO to ensure timely and accurate CBC and master file compliances 3. Undertaking detailed study of case history, legal research on issued involved and preparation of appeals/submissions to be submitted before Assessing Officer, CIT(A), DRP and ITAT. 4. Assisting the seniors for representation of cases before Assessing Officer, CIT(A), DRP and ITAT. 5. Providing consultancy on TDS applicability and withholding tax implications on overseas payments made by Indian entities after analyzing treaty benefits. 6. Analysis of the tax implications of the certain incentives given to employees and advising on the tax effective structure for employees on a need basis

- Post Graduate Graduate**
