**Assistant Manager - Direct Taxation**

**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**

Responsible for handling direct tax compliances and income-tax return filing, International taxation including transfer pricing, employee and other stakeholder taxation, managing and completing tax audit and accounting, Tax assessment procedure including liaison with tax officials and consultants.

**Reporting to Manager - Taxation who reports to Senior General Manager - Finance & Direct Tax**

**Preferred**:
Additional qualification on taxation or legal

**Total Experience Required (In yrs.)**

3 to 4 years

**Relevant Experience (in yrs.)**

1 - 2 years in a manufacturing company

**Functional / Technical Expertise**

(Please indicate Product / Functional Portfolio)
- Analytical ability
- Sound knowledge on taxation laws (both Domestic and International)
- Understanding of Financial Reporting and IndAS
- Working knowledge in SAP FICO.
- Experience of drafting tax submissions preferred
- Exposure to projects & manufacturing business.
