Exciting Career Opportunity – Corporate Compliance Lawyer | Tier- 3

Role Highlights:
  • Corporate Compliance Advisory: Advise clients on compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, and other corporate laws.
  • Entity Management: Assist with company incorporations, board/shareholder meetings, maintenance of statutory records, and filings with regulatory authorities.
  • Regulatory & Governance: Provide guidance on corporate governance, regulatory reporting, and compliance monitoring frameworks.
  • Documentation & Drafting: Draft, review, and vet corporate documentation including shareholder resolutions, board minutes, compliance checklists, and regulatory filings.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to identify compliance risks and design practical, business-oriented solutions.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct legal research on evolving compliance requirements and prepare detailed advisories for clients.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Lawyer with minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate compliance, secretarial practices, or regulatory advisory at a reputed law firm.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and compliance management skills.
  • Educational background: LLB; CS qualification is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle client interactions independently.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple compliance mandates efficiently.
  • Location Restriction: This role is open only to candidates based in Bangalore. No relocation will be considered.
