Role Description

This is a contract / case to case, on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Junior Lawyer specializing in Cyber Law. The role involves represetation in both High Court and Lower Courts, assisting in legal research, drafting legal documents, analyzing and managing cyber law issues, and working closely on compliance and regulatory matters. The Junior Lawyer will represent cases, support in preparation, offer insights on cybersecurity and data protection, and collaborate with other team members on dispute resolution tasks.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and court practice of Cyber Law, Cyber Crimes, Data Protection, and Privacy Regulations
  • Legal Research, Legal Drafting, and Case Analysis skills
  • Understanding of Compliance, Regulatory Matters, and Contract Law
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills
  • Sound understanding of international legal frameworks is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and active enrollment with the Bar Council
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in Cyber Law or a related field
