Exciting Career Opportunity – General Corporate Lawyer | Tier- 3

Role Highlights:
  • Cross-Border Transactions: Advise on inbound and outbound investments, joint ventures, and other complex cross-border corporate transactions.
  • Indian Corporate Transactions: Work on high-value M&A, private equity, and strategic alliances across diverse sectors.
  • Foreign Client Engagement: Liaise directly with international clients and foreign counsel, providing commercially practical advice.
  • Active Deal Execution: Play an integral role in live transactions, including drafting, negotiation, structuring, and closing, beyond just due diligence.
  • High-Pressure Mandates: Manage complex, time-sensitive transactions while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team & Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients, counterparties, and colleagues to ensure seamless execution of mandates.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Lawyer with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in general corporate practice at a reputed law firm.
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-border transactions, complex Indian corporate transactions, and direct foreign client engagement.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Educational background: LLB from a reputed institution.
  • Ability to work under pressure with active involvement in end-to-end deal execution.
  • Excellent communication skills with client-facing confidence.
  • Location Restriction: This role is open only to candidates based in Bangalore. No relocation will be considered.
