Experience:

Operation Service experience in freight forwarding more than 5 years.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Follow up with Agent for Final Import documents
  • Submit timely import documents and file HBL manifest to Multiple shipping lines to necessitate timely
  • Follow up with customers for necessary documents for import/export shipments.
  • Having Knowledge of checking IGM details with shipping line and share to customer
  • Follow up with shipping line for Local charge Invoice timely
  • Coordination with CHA/CFS/Transportation.
  • Import cargo and HS code checking with CHA and ICEGATE.
  • Maintain relationships with co-loaders and understand the market situation.
  • Coordination with overseas offices and agents for handling nomination orders.
  • Negotiate ocean rate with carriers and Agent and get competitive rate.
  • Having Knowledge of Odex System for As per line request for submission of documents
  • well versatile in door-to-door shipment delivery
  • Having Knowledge of DDP ,DDU, DAP shipment term.

Desired Candidate profile:

  • Have basic knowledge of freight forwarding operation functions.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills.
  • Required Language: English, Hindi, Marathi
  • Required skill: Microsoft Office.
