Role Description
Project Tête-à-Tête (PTAT) is looking for enthusiastic
Management Interns
to join our team and gain cross-functional experience in HR, Finance, and Marketing. Interns will play an active role in sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment records. They will assist in preparing P&L statements, tracking expenses and revenues, and maintaining invoice/payment sheets. On the marketing front, interns will contribute to building monthly marketing plans, exploring potential collaborations, supporting PR activities, and curating social media content strategies across PTAT's three customer channels. This role also involves brainstorming campaign ideas and helping manage brand communications. The internship provides a unique opportunity to understand how different functions work together within a luxury fashion e-commerce platform. Candidates will get hands-on exposure to both strategic and operational aspects of management while learning directly from the core team.
This is a full-time on-site role for a located in Mumbai.
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a
Bachelor's or Master's degree
in Business, Marketing, Finance, HR, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data handling.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, social media platforms, and digital tools.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multitask, work in teams, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in luxury fashion, e-commerce, or creative industries is a plus.
