Role Description

This is a full-time In-Office role for a Telesales Specialist based in New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through calls, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales processes. Daily tasks include communicating product information, addressing customer concerns, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves training team members and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
