
Sales Team Member

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Telesales Specialist to join our team.
This is a full-time on-site role responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting and selling products or services, providing customer support, and maintaining customer relationships.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet sales targets. Experience in training and mentoring team members is also beneficial.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field is preferred.

- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Achieving sales targets
- Updating customer databases
- Following up on leads
- Providing training to new team members as required
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Proven Sales skills and the ability to meet sales targets
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a telesales or related role is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
