Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the leadership team to align HR initiatives with business objectives and organizational goals.
  • Oversee hiring processes, ensure strong talent pipelines, and guide workforce planning.
  • Design and implement effective performance appraisal systems, competency frameworks, and goal-setting mechanisms.
  • Review and strengthen HR policies, ensure adherence to statutory requirements, and maintain employee records.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, learning programs, and retention strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on all HR-related matters, including employee relations and grievance handling.
  • Foster a positive work environment and reinforce company values through HR practices and communication.

Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership or Head of HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR functions talent acquisition, performance management, training, compliance, and payroll coordination.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively within a flexible, part-time setup.

Engagement Details:

  • Commitment: 3 days per week (On-site at Kanjurmarg)
