We seek a skilled LinkedIn Consultant based in Mumbai who can help grow and engage our LinkedIn presence professionally and strategically.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Freelance LinkedIn Consultant who can develop and implement a strategic LinkedIn plan to build brand awareness, grow followers, and generate engagement. The consultant will guide content creation, posting schedules, and engagement tactics tailored to our IT industry audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a LinkedIn growth and engagement strategy specific to Trinant Technologies.
  • Advise on content themes, formats, and posting schedules that resonate with B2B audiences.
  • Create or oversee creation of professional, engaging LinkedIn posts (copy + visuals).
  • Manage posting and community engagement to grow organic reach and followers.
  • Analyze LinkedIn metrics and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Provide coaching or training to internal teams on LinkedIn best practices if needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a LinkedIn consultant or strategist with measurable growth results.
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn's algorithm, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to craft professional yet engaging content.
  • Basic graphic design skills or ability to coordinate with designers.
  • Must be based in Mumbai to coordinate with our team and for occasional in-person meetings.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
