Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive
IT Administrator
to manage and maintain our company's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security, stability, and efficiency of our networks, hardware, and software systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to support a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Network & Systems Administration

  • Manage and maintain servers, firewalls, VPNs, and IT security systems.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure 99.9% uptime.
  • Oversee user access controls, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Maintain IT documentation and ensure updated configurations.

Hardware & Software Management

  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops, servers, printers, and peripherals.
  • Manage licenses and subscriptions for business software (MS 365, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Support and optimize cloud-based systems and applications.

Security & Compliance

  • Enforce IT security policies (antivirus, encryption, MFA, firewall).
  • Conduct regular audits, patch management, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with fintech industry regulations and internal standards.

User Support & Training

  • Provide day-to-day support for employee hardware/Attendance Biometrics/Software issues.
  • Train staff on IT best practices and cybersecurity awareness.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all IT queries

IT Infrastructure & Strategy

  • Collaborate with leadership to align IT strategy with business goals.
  • Research and recommend new tools/technologies for scale and efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement for IT equipment/services

Nice-to-Have:

  • Certifications: CompTIA Security+/Network+, Microsoft Admin, AWS/Azure.
  • Experience working in fintech, SaaS, or accounting/finance environments.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in IT administration or systems/network management.
  • Strong expertise in Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
  • Hands-on with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Familiar with cybersecurity tools and practices (IDS/IPS, firewalls, endpoint management).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
