Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi/Noida, India for an Advance System Administrator. The Advance System Administrator will handle day-to-day responsibilities including system administration, troubleshooting, providing technical support, and network administration. The role involves maintaining and optimizing IT systems to ensure operational efficiency and service reliability.

behind
those alerts, who takes ownership, finds patterns, and wants to make systems stronger every day.

If you've worked in an
MSP setup
, you already know the rhythm — multiple clients, complex infrastructure, and the need to think fast.

What you'll be working on:

  • Handling server offline, event, and disk space alerts
  • Managing Auvik and network performance alerts
  • Patching servers and endpoints
  • Working with backup tools – Spanning, Unitrends, ShadowProtect, Acronis, Veeam
  • Troubleshooting ILO / iDRAC hardware issues
  • Doing real RCA, not just clearing tickets

What I'm looking for:

  • 3–5 years in NOC / Infrastructure Support (MSP experience is a must)
  • Strong with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Auvik, VMware / Hyper-V
  • Comfortable with patch tools (WSUS, SCCM) & RMMs (ConnectWise, NinjaOne, Kaseya)
  • Clear communication and real accountability
  • Certifications like MCSA, Network+, VCP, ITIL are great to have
