Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled IT & Admin Executive to manage the company's day-to-day IT operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all systems, hardware, and software while also supporting general office administration, coordination, and facility management.

Key Responsibilities:IT Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, routers, and other hardware.
  • Provide technical support to staff for software, email, and network-related issues.
  • Manage system backups, antivirus updates, and data security protocols.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware/software problems.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment purchase, maintenance, and AMC.
  • Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets and ensure timely repair or replacement.

Admin Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office administration and facility management.
  • Ensure office cleanliness, maintenance, and supply of stationery and utilities.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, vendors, and service providers as required.
  • Manage courier dispatches, logistics, and small purchase requirements.
  • Support overall office operations to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration (Optional).
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support and/or office administration.
  • Good knowledge of networking, hardware, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic IT tools.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
