
Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding loan applications, repayments, and account details.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
- Assist field teams and branch staff with customer coordination.
- Provide information about products, eligibility, and repayment schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and microfinance regulations.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/regional language preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of microfinance or NBFC operations preferred.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 02 years of experience in customer service, preferably in BFSI or microfinance sector.
