We are growing fast and looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to scale our digital campaigns and drive high-quality leads every day.

Key ResponsibilitiesGoogle & Meta Ads Management

  • Plan, create, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Facebook & Instagram Ads.
  • Build smart keyword strategies for city-wise decoration services (ex: "Birthday Decoration in Bangalore").
  • Create high-intent campaigns to increase enquiries, calls, and WhatsApp conversions.
  • Reduce CPL and maximize ROI with continuous A/B testing.

Analytics & Tracking

  • Set up and optimize GA4 events, UTMs, conversion tracking, custom conversions, and audience segmentation.
  • Monitor daily performance dashboards — CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
  • Track pixel events like WhatsApp click, Call button click, Add to Cart, Form fills etc.

Strategy & Growth

  • Plan monthly budgets and scaling strategies for peak seasons (Festivals, Valentine's, New Year).
  • Analyze competitors and identify new keyword/category opportunities.
  • Work with the content team to improve landing pages, hooks, ad creatives, and CTAs.
  • Suggest new campaign ideas to increase reach and bookings across India.

Creatives & Communication

  • Work with the design team to conceptualize high-performing ad creatives.
  • Understand customer psychology and create compelling ad copies.
  • Maintain brand tone and consistency across campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of solid experience in performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Merchant Center, and Looker Studio.
  • Proven track record of generating leads at scale for e-commerce or service-based businesses.
  • Ability to manage budgets of ₹2–10 lakhs per month.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to create detailed reports and present performance insights.
