Responsibilities & Accountabilities TA: Retail architects/Engineers of the area and large plumbers and plumbing contractors of the area Work with the architects/engineers driving retail in the area, get leads from them and pass on to PSE/NBDM To monitor and manage the team of PSE/NBDM under him & Train and support them. Monitor and manage the area being managed by PSE/NBDM and make adjustment based on targets and results Monitor and manage the performance of PSE/NBDM Ensure continuity of business through registered plumbers Solve trouble tkts raised by Sales Coordinator for plumber/PSE/NBDM issues Coordinate with CGM of the area for alignment of PSE/NBDM working with targeted counters Plan and execute Plumber/contractor schemes for the area Support PSE/NBDM in maintaining relationship with the top retail contractors of the area Conduct plumber meets in the area as per requirement Propose where ever new PSE/NBDM is required Job Dimensions Audience - Plumbing Contractors, Retail Architects Touring Required - 15 Days Environment - Very Competitive, Competition with Big Brands. Attitude Willing to learn new things Aptitude Willing to work hard
