  • Working closely with the marketing, operations, and technology teams to ensure seamless app functionality and high customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting management in implementing new strategic initiatives and contributing ideas to scale up operations effectively within zones.
  • Planning and executing strategic projects driven centrally.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with merchant, especially merchant leads, advising them on market-related issues and offering solutions.
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction rating targets for the delivery fleet across all areas within your purview.
