Role Overview:

The Business Development Executive will play a key role in expanding Trydan Tech's presence across the EV, UAV, and energy storage markets. This role involves sourcing vendors, conducting in-depth market research, and executing high-impact sales strategies. Success in this position requires a proactive, hands-on approach with strong analytical thinking, relationship-building, cold outreach, and direct client engagement. The ideal candidate will also actively participate in industry events and forums to build market visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, growth opportunities, and competitor positioning
  • Deliver actionable insights to inform go-to-market strategies and product positioning
  • Present research findings to leadership to support strategic planning

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach in the battery and energy storage sectors
  • Lead lead-generation initiatives, including cold calling and in-person client outreach
  • Represent Trydan Tech at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer presentations
  • Drive direct sales initiatives and outbound outreach efforts

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and post-sale support
  • Oversee onboarding and provide hands-on assistance to ensure a seamless client experience

Sales Reporting & Forecasting

  • Track key performance metrics including lead conversion, pipeline status, and customer feedback
  • Prepare detailed sales performance reports for internal management review
  • Leverage client feedback to continuously improve sales strategy and execution
