Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management:
    Oversee daily store and grooming activities, billing, reporting, and store timings. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
  • Staff Supervision:
    Manage grooming staff schedules, punctuality, and discipline. Ensure grooming rooms are clean and well-maintained.
  • Customer Service:
    Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and educate them about products and grooming services.
  • Business Development:
    Support marketing initiatives, promote grooming packages, and showcase new products.
  • Inventory Management:
    Monitor stock levels, liaise with suppliers, and ensure attractive displays.
  • Grooming Coordination:
    Manage appointments and walk-ins, provide groomers with tools and resources, and ensure service quality.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum
    2–3 years of experience
    in retail, service industry, or operations management (pet industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working in a pet-friendly environment.
