We are looking for a Store Manager for one of our esteemed clients,
Sudha Fashions
, a renowned jewellery brand based in Jayanagar.

Roles & Responsibilties
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory, merchandising, and cash management.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, place orders, and liaise with vendors to ensure stock availability.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
- Ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Resolve customer issues promptly, maintaining positive relationships and enhancing customer loyalty.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze trends to inform decision-making.
- Ensure strict compliance with store security protocols, health, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate promotional events and collaborate with the marketing team to boost store footfall.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and keep abreast of industry trends to advise customers effectively.
