We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives at Aerodry.

This role offers the perfect mix of hands-on exposure in BTL, digital, print, and on-ground marketing, giving you the chance to sharpen your skills, lead creative campaigns, and high-end national & international exhibitions and grow into a well-rounded marketing professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute BTL (Below the Line) marketing activities to promote brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO and basic analytics tracking.
  • Create and curate content for social media, website, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Handle corporate communication and coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Grow Aerodrys social media presence with engaging, on-brand content.
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and printing partners for marketing collateral and promotional materials.
  • Assist in planning and organizing events, exhibitions, and trade shows, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Support the marketing team in campaign ideation, execution, and reporting.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to suggest improvements.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 13 years of marketing experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong grasp of BTL/ATL marketing, digital marketing, and branding.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media management.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Canva, Google Analytics, or Meta Business Suite is an advantage.
