Narayana Solar is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive
Business Development Executive Intern
to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about renewable energy and eager to gain hands-on experience in the solar industry. As a Business Development Executive Intern, you will support our team in expanding market reach, identifying growth opportunities, and driving sales in Bihar, Jharkhand, and Uttar Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Research:
- Identify and research potential leads in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities for solar rooftop installations.
- Client Outreach & Relationship Building:
- Contact potential clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their energy needs and propose tailored solar solutions.
- Sales & Marketing Support:
- Assist in planning and executing sales strategies for solar rooftop installation services. Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Customer Consultations:
- Provide accurate and detailed information to customers about Narayana Solar's services, benefits of solar installations, and financing options under PM Surya Ghar Yojna.
- Database Management:
- Maintain an organized database of clients, follow up on leads, and track progress on potential deals.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities, market trends, and feedback from clients. Identify potential areas for growth and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (completed or ongoing) in Business Administration, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of renewable energy and solar technology is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
