Role Description

We are looking for dynamic and proactive sales persons who are self-driven and self-motivated.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager, located in
Delhi NCR/ Mumbai/ Gujarat/ Punjab/ Rajasthan
. The Business Development Manager / Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth. The role involves market research, developing and executing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. The individual will also be responsible for collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.

Qualifications

  • 3+years' experience in Business Development, Sales from International Logistics/ freight forwarding industry only.
  • Knowledge of Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain Solutions, and Logistics
  • Strong Negotiation, Market Research, and Strategic Planning skills
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
