Designation : HR Operation Admin
HR Job Duties:
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties (Main role)
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives and manager
• Compile and update employee records
. Payroll process for remote, fulltime, part time employees, auditors, tutors
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
HR Skills and Qualifications:
• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 1-year experience in HR or fresh graduate encourage to apply.
• Basic knowledge of PF,EIS and etc.,
• Highly organised and detail oriented
• Efficient time-management, direction
• Skilled in the art of multitasking
• Excels both in independent work and collaboration
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Honest, ethical and dependable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
