Role & responsibilities

Operations & Facility Management

  • Oversee daily clubhouse operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and recreational facilities.
  • Ensure upkeep and maintenance of clubhouse infrastructure, equipment, and amenities.
  • Monitor inventory, stock, and material requirements for smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for timely delivery of services.

Member & Guest Services

  • Provide excellent service and support to members, residents, and guests.
  • Handle reservations, event bookings, and inquiries professionally.
  • Address complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure member satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with members through effective communication and personalized service.

Event & Activity Coordination

  • Plan and execute social, cultural, and recreational events at the clubhouse.
  • Coordinate with vendors, staff, and event partners for seamless execution.
  • Promote events and activities to encourage participation from members and residents.

Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain records of daily operations, reservations, events, and financial transactions.
  • Assist in budget planning, cost control, and financial reporting for clubhouse activities.
  • Prepare and share periodic MIS reports with management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements.

Team Management

  • Supervise and guide clubhouse staff to deliver high-quality services.
  • Train team members on customer service, hospitality standards, and operational procedures.
  • Plan manpower schedules and delegate responsibilities effectively.
