Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated
Operations Intern
to join our team
in-office at HSR Layout, Bangalore
. This role is hands-on and central to building our nanny and parent engagement operations. You will work closely with the founding team to ensure smooth day-to-day execution, structured processes, and scalable systems.

This internship is designed as a
pathway to a full-time role
in Operations at ₹4 LPA CTC after four months, based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Parent Engagement:
  • Manage parent onboarding journeys, from enquiry to placement.
  • Ensure smooth communication via WhatsApp, email, and calls.

  • Handle follow-ups and resolve parent queries with empathy.

  • Nanny Operations:

  • Support in recruiting, verifying, and onboarding nannies.
  • Coordinate with supply channels (nursing colleges, referrals, agents).

  • Track nanny placements and maintain records in internal systems.

  • Process & Systems:

  • Update and maintain our RMS (AVVA) with accurate data.
  • Identify gaps in workflow and suggest improvements.

  • Coordinate across internal ops, design, and tech teams.

  • Execution Support:

  • Assist in events and field campaigns for community building.
  • Prepare reports, trackers, and dashboards for leadership review.
  • Ensure SLAs (service-level timelines) are met consistently.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong execution focus and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills (English, Hindi; Kannada is a plus).
  • Empathy and people-first mindset (must handle parents and nannies with sensitivity).
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, WhatsApp Business, and basic digital tools.
  • Hustle mindset – ready to get things done on the ground when needed.
  • Willingness to work full-time from our HSR Layout office.
