THE ROLE: A High-Impact, Performance-Focused Engagement

We are seeking an exceptionally motivated Social Media Intern for a demanding 3-month remote engagement. This role goes far beyond simple content scheduling. We require an individual who can strategize, create, post, and actively engage to position WLRC as a thought leader and generate qualified leads for our legal services.

Position Details

• Duration: 3 Months.
• Location: On-Site.
• Working Hours: Monday – Saturday (Requires consistent daily output and prompt communication).
• Focus Areas: LinkedIn strategy, content creation (graphics/video), campaign management, and client generation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Driving Engagement and Client Acquisition

The successful candidate will own the following responsibilities, treating our social channels as critical business assets:

• Strategic Social Media Management: Fully manage and optimize WLRC's primary social platforms (primarily LinkedIn and Twitter/X) to increase brand visibility and engagement within the legal and business communities.
• High-Value Content Creation: Conceptualize, design (using tools like Canva/Figma), and draft compelling, professional content (graphics, short videos, articles, polls) that simplifies complex cyber law and FinReg topics.
• Campaign Development & Execution: Design and deploy targeted social media campaigns aimed at specific industries (e.g., Fintech, E-commerce) to build authority and drive traffic to our website.
• Proactive Client Generation & Outreach: Actively monitor comments, direct messages, and engagement for potential business leads. Initiate professional outreach and pass qualified prospects directly to the Business Development team.
• Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, impressions, lead volume) and suggest strategic adjustments weekly.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS (THE DRIVER'S MINDSET)Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/certification in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
• MUST have demonstrable experience managing professional or business-focused social media accounts (portfolio required).

Non-Negotiable Skills & Attributes

• Proactivity is Paramount: You must be a self-starter who is constantly generating new content ideas and outreach strategies without being prompted.
• Tools Proficiency: Proficient in social media scheduling tools and content creation software (e.g., Canva, CapCut, basic video editing).
• Excellent Writing Skills: Ability to write clear, professional, and grammatically flawless copy in English. Hindi writing skills are a plus.
• Results-Oriented: A demonstrated focus on how social media activity translates into real-world business outcomes.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS (REWARDING SUCCESS)

This role offers a significant financial incentive structure tied directly to business results.

• Stipend: ₹5,000 INR plus Incentives.
• The Incentive: You will earn an additional commission of up to 5% of the total realized fee for every new client case that is successfully closed and paid, where you were the documented source (qualified lead generator).

• Letter of Recommendation (LoR): Granted ONLY to top performers who exceed targets in both engagement and lead generation.
• Potential Long-Term Association: High-tier contributors will be strongly considered for paid long-term roles.

ZERO-TOLERANCE PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

This role demands professional reliability and accountability. Failure to meet these criteria will result in immediate termination of the Agreement.

• Content Consistency: Must maintain the agreed-upon posting frequency (e.g., 6 posts/week on LinkedIn). Failure to meet the schedule for one full week without prior, valid justification is grounds for termination.
• Communication Reliability: All internal communications must be acknowledged and responded to within a maximum of 3 hours during core working hours. More than two instances of communication failure will lead to contract termination.
• Proactive Initiative: You must consistently bring new content themes and client generation strategies to the table. Waiting for content ideas or being repeatedly reminded of strategy is unacceptable.
