Job Title: Social Media Marketing Intern

Job Purpose :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Content Ideation & Creation: Come up with quirky, viral, scroll-stopping content ideas - from clever copy to meme formats to reel scripts. Be hands-on: write, shoot, edit, and publish content across Welspun Home, Spaces and Welspun Flooring.
  • Trendspotting: Stay on top of the latest Instagram trends, audio tracks, and content formats - and plug the brand into the conversations in real time.
  • Execution & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, content, partnerships, catalogue, Ecommerce etc) and external vendors (photographers, editors, creators) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Create, plan, and execute social-first campaigns across categories.
  • Agency and cross functional collaboration: Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to drive execution across platforms.

Skills Required:

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term social, influencer and content strategy tied to brand goals.
  • Creativity: Strong storytelling and content ideation skills across formats (static, video, reels, copy, etc.).
  • Consumer-Centricity: Deep understanding of audience behaviour on digital platforms.
  • Performance Orientation: Results-focused with clear focus on KPIs for engagement, traffic, and conversions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Works seamlessly with brand, ecommerce, influencer, design, and agency teams.
  • Trend Sensitivity: Keeps pulse on pop culture, category cues, digital innovation, and content formats.

Education Qualification:

MBA/ Post Graduate /Graduation from any fashion school
