Job Description:

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager who understands digital storytelling and can build a strong online presence for brands. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, strategising, and executing social media communication that drives engagement, awareness, and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement platform-wise social media strategies to build brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create, curate and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all content.
  • Plan monthly social media calendars in collaboration with design, strategy and marketing teams.
  • Monitor performance analytics and optimise content based on insights and trends.
  • Stay updated with the latest platform updates, social media trends, formats and algorithm changes.
  • Manage community engagement — comments, messages, interactions, and ORM when required.
  • Ideate and support campaign development with creative concepts and digital-first ideas.
  • Coordinate with designers, writers and internal teams to deliver high-quality content on time.
  • Ensure timely posting, scheduling, and reporting of content.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activities and emerging formats to keep the brand ahead.
  • Multitask effectively, manage deadlines, and incorporate feedback constructively.

Must Haves:

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of platform behaviour, content formats, and social media best practices.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting and creative thinking abilities.
  • Ability to analyse data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or understanding of creative briefs.
  • A portfolio or proof of work showcasing social media content or campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
