About the Role

SolvenHub is seeking a skilled and energetic Social Media Manager to join our in-office team in India. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing social media platforms, understanding analytics, and handling e-commerce platforms like eBay and Amazon. The candidate should also be well-versed in Excel, reporting, and data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily content on all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Plan, schedule, and publish high-quality posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
  • Monitor analytics, track performance, and create weekly/monthly reports.
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with the audience to increase brand visibility.
  • Create effective social media strategies to grow followers, reach, and engagement.
  • Coordinate with the graphic design & content team to maintain brand consistency.
  • Manage e-commerce store listings and updates on platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Shopify, etc.
  • Work on product uploads, title optimization, keyword research, and store maintenance.
  • Handle Excel-based reports, data management, tracking sheets, and performance records.
  • Follow trends, hashtags, competitor activities, and industry insights to keep content updated.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in social media management.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube & other platforms.
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms like eBay, Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Sorting & Cleaning).
  • Good communication skills (English mandatory).
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of social media ads and promotions (preferred).
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

  • Work From Office – Full Time
  • Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Working Hour: 9-10hr

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13, ₹35,000.00 per month
