About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who understands platform behaviour, digital storytelling, and brand communication. The ideal candidate should be able to plan, create, and execute social media strategies that drive engagement, visibility, and growth across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies for brand awareness and engagement.
  • Plan, organise, and manage monthly content calendars.
  • Coordinate closely with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand communication.
  • Oversee daily posting, scheduling, and performance tracking across all social media platforms.
  • Analyse insights and analytics to optimise content performance and strategy.
  • Stay updated with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging social media trends.
  • Manage community interactions, including comments, DMs, and basic ORM.
  • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, content concepts, and social-first initiatives.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to keep the brand ahead.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, and best practices.
  • Good communication and copywriting abilities with a creative mindset.
  • Ability to analyse data and turn insights into actionable improvements.
  • Basic understanding of tools like Canva or familiarity with creative briefs.
