E Commerce Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage executives across Flipkart, Amazon, D2C, and Qcom; oversee performance reviews, task planning, and manpower allocation.
- Operations Planning: Create daily/weekly dispatch plans, SOPs for peak sales, and ensure load balancing across warehouses.
- Inventory & Demand: Monitor inventory health, forecast demand with SCM/category teams, plan POs, maintain safety stock, and execute pre-campaign stocking.
- Returns & Escalations: Manage returns, RTVs, claims, and resolve escalations like RTOs, damages, GRNs, and listing issues.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with tech, warehouse, finance, and category teams; liaise with marketplace managers for compliance.
- Reporting & Improvement: Track KPIs (SLAs, fill rates, inventory accuracy), maintain dashboards, drive process improvements, and prepare weekly MIS
Preferred candidate profile
- Expertise in high-volume e-commerce operations, dispatch logic, and inventory management.
- Strong strategic planning, analytical skills, and decision-making under pressure.
- Proven leadership with cross-functional coordination experience.
- Proficient in ERP systems, Excel/Sheets, and dashboard tools.
- 27 years in e-commerce/supply chain, with 1–2 years in management.
- Experience in inventory/dispatch planning, campaign operations, and managing D2C & marketplace platforms.
