Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager at our office in Ahmednagar. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery to clients. Responsibilities also include supervising staff, resolving operational challenges, maintaining compliance with company policies, and driving efficiency improvements. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and acting on new business opportunities will be integral to this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in inventory management, stock handling, and supply chain operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients and teams effectively
  • Proven experience in relationship management and customer service
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities to improve operational processes
  • Leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing teams
  • Basic knowledge of the industrial products sector, especially in welding, grinding, and adhesives
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and inventory management software
  • Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
