Summary:

Responsible for overseeing day-to-day highway project operations, ensuring quality, safety, timely execution, and coordination between site teams, contractors, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, monitoring, and executing highway construction activities.
  • Supervise site teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and technical standards.
  • Track project progress, timelines, and daily reports.
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and government authorities.
  • Manage materials, resources, and site documentation.

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of highway construction standards & methodologies
  • Strong team supervision & coordination skills
  • Understanding of QA/QC, safety norms & DPR preparation
  • Problem-solving, decision-making & reporting skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, project tools & site management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45, ₹60,000.00 per month
