Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Business Development and sourcing of small and mid-sized companies for LAP, working

capital and structured finance

  • Actively identify and acquire new clients through personal network, DSA channels, CA

referrals, and cold outreach.

  • Engage with CXO-level clients including CFOs, Finance Heads, and business promoters.
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Maintain detailed call reports and ensure regular client follow-ups.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or relationship management of LAP and

Working Capital products in Bank or NBFCs.

  • Proven network of intermediaries like DSAs, CAs, and financial consultants.
  • Strong knowledge of LAP and working capital products.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and one regional language.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and CRM tools.
