Job Title: Project Head

Role Purpose :

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven professional to lead the setup of our new furniture showroom and manage client-based furniture and interior projects. The Project Head will be responsible for end-to-end interior's furniture project management, ensuring timely execution, quality assurance, and efficient resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong factory co-ordination.
  • Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning to execution and final delivery.
  • Supervise execution activities, including vendor coordination, site supervision, and quality control.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track expenses.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction. Handle client objections and provide satisfactory resolutions.
  • Team supervision.

Requirements:

  • Male candidate only.
  • Minimum Diploma/ Degree (Technical field)
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as Project Head in the furniture industry.
  • Candidates with a strong background in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) operations will be highly preferred.
  • Site measurements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on timely and quality delivery.
  • Excellent knowledge of modular & loose furniture, materials, and installation techniques.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 5-7 years in project execution within the furniture/interior industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
